MOBILE FITTING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Mobile fitting is included in the sale of our Immobilisers and Vehicle Tracking systems. Our technicians will be able to install the product at an address of the customers choice. In addition the technician will provide a demonstration of the product to the customer.
The mobile installation service may be restricted in certain rural parts of the United Kingdom. If in doubt please email us and we will be more than happy to confirm availability.
Mobile installation dates typically require 5 days lead time from the date of purchase. Our booking team will be in contact with you via phone or email within 24 hours of your confirmed order. We will discuss an agreed date and time of installation, but please feel free to email us a preferred date along with your order number to info.remotesafe@gmail.com once your order has been placed and we will do our very best to facilitate your request.
It is very important that the information provided by yourself to our booking team is 100% accurate to ensure the smooth flow of the mobile installation without any issues. Inaccurate information, latenesses to appointments or non attendance of an agreed mobile appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit and will be deemed as non refundable. We reserve the right to deny refunds as a result of lateness, late reschedules, incorrectly provided vehicle information or incompatibility of the product due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you wish to cancel a mobile installation RemoteSafe requires at least 72 hours notice prior to the agreed date of installation.
